My fitness journey began with a love for competitive swimming and dance, evolving from performance-driven goals into a lifelong passion for wellness and movement.
Over time, I ran marathons, competed internationally, and embraced daily workouts alongside "clean" eating. Yet, balancing intense training with life’s demands eventually caught up with me - I faced serious health challenges, including PCOS, insulin resistance, and pre-diabetes... It was a wake-up call: even the most meticulous habits can falter under chronic stress.
My energy plummeted, brain fog set in, and I struggled to function as a lawyer. I felt like I was doing everything right, but my body wasn’t responding...
Then came a breakthrough. I realized I had been working against my female hormones, not with them. Immersing myself in the science of female physiology, I discovered the transformative power of strength training, proper fueling and metabolic flexibility. Shifting my focus to muscle-building and a high-protein diet, I regained energy, lost weight, and finally saw the results I’d been chasing.
This journey shaped my holistic approach to women’s health—grounded in science, compassion, and strategies that align with the body’s natural rhythms. Many women struggle because mainstream advice doesn’t address our unique needs. But with the right approach, transformation isn’t just possible—it’s SEAMLESS!
Today, my mission is to help women reclaim their health, energy, and confidence from the inside out. Whether through personalized 1-on-1 coaching, Pilates Mat and Reformer sessions, or supportive women-only group programs....,
